Snowmobile accidents mar western Labrador weekend

Two people were injured in snowmobile accidents in western Labrador over the weekend.
A woman was seriously injured on Saturday night when a vehicle hit the snowmobile she was a passenger on, as it crossed a highway 10 kilometres outside Labrador City.
The woman had to be flown to St. John's to be treated for multiple fractures.
Earlier on Saturday, two snowmobiles collided on a trail in Wabush. One man received minor injuries.
