Prescription drugs stolen from Stephenville Middle School
Police are investigating a break and enter at a school in Stephenville where prescription medications were stolen.
Bay St. George RCMP responded to the Stephenville Middle School around 8 p.m. Saturday night.
According to police, a few hundred prescription pills were taken.
Police have since arrested a 13-year-old boy and a 29-year-old man in connection with the incident.
The investigation later revealed that the two males also shoplifted from the town's Wal-Mart and Shoppers Drug Mart.
Both are charged with break and enter and two counts of theft.
One male also faces two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
They were released from custody to appear in provincial court at a later date.
