Not guilty plea entered in charity fraud case

The former executive director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Brain Injury Association has pleaded not guilty to defrauding her former employer.

The former executive director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Brain Injury Association has pleaded not guilty to defrauding her former employer.

Keri Lynn McGrath, who is charged with fraud over $5,000, entered the plea in Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador on Thursday.

McGrath is next scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 1, when a date is expected to be set for a trial.
