A rash of vandalism in Corner Brook kept the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary busy over the weekend.
Police said three homes and five vehicles on Wheeler's Road and Carter Avenue were spray-painted with graffiti, some of which was graphic in nature.
Sgt. Robert Edwards said the RNC first received information about a vehicle that had been vandalized on Wheeler's Road. The culprit stole some cash and a can of blue spray paint from the unlocked car.
Police then canvassed the area and discovered someone had spray-painted graffiti in other parts of the neighbourhood.
Edwards said that siding and doors of houses, as well as vehicle doors were damaged.
The RNC is asking any member of the public with information to contact them directly or through Crime Stoppers.
