The man accused of grabbing a teenage girl on a Corner Brook walking trail has agreed to stay in jail for now.
Jonathan Gordon Kelly, 29, has been in custody since his arrest last week.
Kelly is accused of trying to drag a 16-year-old girl into the woods as she walked along a trail on the afternoon of July 24th.
The suspect fled as others responded to the girl's screams.
Kelly faces five charges, including forcible confinement and attempted robbery.
He'll remain in custody at least until a bail hearing on December 6.
