A Labrador man accused of murder has been assigned two lawyers through the Legal Aid Commission, although he has yet to enter a plea in court.
Gordon Milley, 30, was charged with the first-degree murder and sexual assault of Bernice Rich, 21, who died in June in Sheshatshiu.
Milley also faces charges of assault and breaking court orders.
Milley had been ordered to stay away from Sheshatshiu.
The case will next be called on July 24.
