Police in St. John's are looking for a robber who held up a convenience store by knifepoint on Sunday afternoon. 

A man with a covered face entered a convenience store on Hamlyn Road, in the west end of St. John's, around 5:35 p.m. 

The man was given cash, although police are not revealing how much. 

The suspect fled from the scene. No arrests have yet been made, although the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary brought in forensics officers to collect evidence.
