John Albert turned in a two-goal performance, including one on a short-handed penalty shot, to propel the St. John's IceCaps to a 5-2 victory over the Worcester Sharks Saturday night at Mile One Centre.
Kael Mouillierat, Jerome Samson and Adam Lowry also scored for St. John's, which beat Worcester for the first time in regulation this season in six tries. Jason Jaffray picked up two assists on goals 16 seconds apart in the opening period, and Michael Hutchinson stopped 31-of-33 to earn the victory.

Konrad Abeltshauser and Rylan Schwartz had the tallies for the Sharks, while Harri Sateri made 22 stops to take the loss.

The IceCaps look to complete the weekend series against the Sharks, when the two clubs meet again Sunday afternoon at Mile One Centre.

St. John's also marked 100 consecutive regular season sell-outs on Saturday.
The IceCaps, who entered the American Hockey League in 2011, have sold out every home game and are on pace to set the AHL's all-time consecutive sell-out record of 144, in the second half of next season.
