A transport truck wound up blocking all lanes of the Trans-Canada Highway for several hours overnight, amid stormy weather on Newfoundland's west coast.
The truck became stuck late Monday night near the exit to Little Rapids in the Humber Valley.
By early Tuesday morning, eastbound traffic was able to move, although westbound traffic was reduced to one lane. Officials were hoping to have the truck moved during the morning.
RCMP said there were blizzard conditions during the night, and that visibility was poor.
They also say there were several accidents between Corner Brook and Deer Lake during the blizzard.
