Hospital disturbance leads to teenager's arrest
A girl, 17, was arrested after a disturbance at a hospital in St. John's Thursday afternoon.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said the teenager has been charged with assaulting a police officer, assault, mischief and uttering threats.
She is also charged with breaching court orders.
The police have not said what hospital was involved or whether the officer was injured.
The accused is set to appear in provincial court in St. John's on Friday.
