A missing woodcutter from Hopedale was found on Monday, although a search is still underway for a snowmobiler on Labrador's northern coast.
The Hopedale man left the community on foot on Sunday morning with a komatik, on a mission to cut wood. A search started Sunday night when he did not return home.
RCMP in Hopedale said the man was found, still walking, on Monday morning. He may have frostbite and was being taken to the local clinic.
Meanwhile, a search is underway for a missing snowmobiler who had been travelling from Sheshatshiu to Natuashish. He was last seen in the Postville area on Saturday.
The search is concentrated in the Hopedale area. Weather conditions have been stormy.
