Break-in at Kenmount Road business leads to arrest

A 44-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning after a break-and-enter in St. John's.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Police arrested a 44-year-old man for breaking and entering into a St. John's business on Sunday.

Just before 5 a.m., the RNC responded to an alarm at the business on Kenmount Road.

Police said the man was also arrested for possession of break-in instruments and breach of a court order.

He was held in custody and was scheduled for a court appearance on Sunday morning.
