Boalag faces 23 charges related to alleged sex offences
Accused rapist Sofyan Boalag will find out next week if he will receive bail.
A bail hearing concluded in provincial court on Friday morning.
Boalag, 34, is charged with sexually assaulting five women and a girl under 16 in St. John's last year.
Boalag has already been denied bail once, but was entitled to another bail hearing after new charges were laid.
In total, he's facing 23 charges related to the alleged sex offences, including sexual assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.
Judge James Walsh will make his decision on whether Boalag will get bail on Sept. 10.
