Another 'Rong Crew' member pleads guilty to damaging property
Joshua Ducey, who is a member of the graffiti group, 'Rong Crew,' admitted in court on Friday that he sprayed Canada Post mail boxes, a bridge and other public property in the St. John's area.
Ducey, 19, was given a conditional discharge, which means even though he pleaded guilty, no conviction is entered.
He will be on probation for six months.
Ducey's lawyer told the court that the media attention this case has received has had a deterrent effect.
On Jan. 23, Rong Crew member Shane Mills pleaded guilty to being present when mail boxes were sprayed in Mount Pearl last June.
Mills also took photos for the group when they sprayed a bridge, which is owned by the province.
Mills was given a suspended sentence and six months probation.
