Allyson Hatcher charged in connection with Nick Winsor homicide
A Conception Bay South woman has been charged in connection with the homicide of Nick Winsor three years ago in St. John's.
Allyson Hatcher, 24, is the fourth person to be arrested in the case.
She's accused of helping Philip Pynn escape after Winsor was shot to death. Pynn and Lyndon Butler face second-degree murder charges in the shooting.
Another man, Jonathan Rowe, is also accused of helping Pynn after the fact, but he insists he only assisted Pynn in finding a lawyer.
Winsor was shot in the backyard of a home on Portugal Cove Road during a botched home invasion on July 9, 2011.
The 20-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Pynn and Butler are scheduled to stand trial in September. Rowe's trial is set for November.
