A fight at the Avalon Mall in St. John's on Monday night has resulted in two teenagers being charged with causing a disturbance.
Mitcheal Davie, 18, and another male, 16, appeared in court on Tuesday after a ruckus near the concessions at Empire Theatres.
It's alleged the pair pulled knives on each other.
Davie is also charged with assaulting the 16-year-old with a hunting knife.
Other charges against Davie include having a dangerous weapon, having a concealed weapon, and giving a false name.
The 16-year-old, who can't be named due to his age, is also charged with having a dangerous weapon — a pocket knife — and breaking a court condition to keep the peace.
Davie was released on conditions and is due back in court in November.
The younger male was also released and is due in court in October.
