New Brunswick RCMP are investigating after two bodies were discovered at a Kedgwick house in the northern part of the province.

Officers were called to the home on Route 260, located about 75 kilometres northeast of Edmundston, around 9 p.m. on Sunday.

Police said a man and woman, both believed to be in their mid-60s, were found dead at the scene. Autopsies will be conducted to determine how they died.

The Mounties said they do not believe anyone else was involved in the two deaths.

No names have been released.
