Two men are facing charges following a complaint of shots being fired at a vehicle in northern New Brunswick over the weekend.
The incident occurred on Highway 17 near Saint-Léonard on Saturday at about 1 a.m., RCMP Sgt. Marc Violette stated in a news release.
The vehicle was travelling southbound, he said.
No one was injured.
Two suspects were picked up less than an hour later and will be charged in connection with the incident, said Violette.
The two men, aged 24 and 25, remain in custody until their next court appearance later this week, he said.
