Arrest warrant issued for man in Saint John

William Edward Hayward has a shaved head, blue eyes and numerous tattoos. (Saint John Police Force)An arrest warrant has been issued for a 24-year-old man in connection with a recent threats investigation in Saint John.
William Edward Hayward has a history of violence and is considered dangerous, Saint John Police Sgt. Jay Henderson stated in a news release.
No details about the investigation have been released.
Hayward, who is believed to be from the Moncton area, is described as being six-foot-one, 272 pounds, with a shaved head, blue eyes and numerous tattoos, including ones on his neck.
Anyone with information about Hayward's whereabouts is urged to contact police at 648-3333, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
