A 66-year-old Bouctouche woman is facing drug-related charges after police raided a home on Highway 515.

More than 750 methamphetamine tablets and a quantity of cash were seized during the search last Friday, RCMP Insp. Dave Vautour stated in a news release.

The woman has been released on conditions and will appear in Moncton provincial court at a later date, he said.

“This seizure is part of the District 5 RCMP’s crime reduction strategy,” said Vautour.

“The strategy includes disrupting and dismantling illegal drug activity, in order to maintain safe homes and communities.”
