The family of a missing Moncton woman is offering a $25,000 reward for information that helps find her.
Donna O'Rielly, 54, was last seen leaving her job at H&R Block at Highfield Square on Feb. 26 at about 8 p.m.
Her family believes she may have been abducted.
Family members held a news conference to announce the reward Wednesday at O'Rielly's home on Front Mountain Road.
Karen Streek, one of O'Rielly's daughter, said the longer the search goes on for her mother the harder it is for the family.
Donna O'Rielly has been missing since Feb. 26. (RCMP)"We keep coming up with scenarios just to give ourselves hope that, 'Hey this is maybe why someone took her,'" Streek said.
"But there's no doubt that we're all humans and every day it's getting a little bit harder for us as a family and it's sinking in a little bit more so it's becoming more difficult."
Codiac Regional RCMP continue to investigate the disappearance of O'Rielly, who grew up in Isle aux Morts in southwestern Newfoundland, raised her family in Gander, and moved to Moncton in 2004 with her husband, Harold.
Police seek tips
On Tuesday, police released two still photos taken from surveillance video at the mall where O'Rielly worked. The photos of a woman and a man were captured about the same time O'Rielly was seen leaving work from the south side doors of the Bay, said Const. Chantal Farrah.
By Wednesday, both the man and the woman had been identified and interviewed by police.
Farrah said police have nothing new to report but hope the reward generates some leads.
"Whatever can help the investigation we are for it. We would hope people can come forward if they have any information," Farrah said.
"We really don't want them to withhold anything because an investigation is like a big, big puzzle. You may have a small bit of information which you may not feel is important but in the big picture that may be what we need."
Anyone with information about O'Rielly's whereabouts is asked to contact the Codiac RCMP or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
O'Rielly is 5-3, 130 pounds, with green eyes and shoulder-length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a brown medium-length, suede-like jacket with faux fur on the collar and cuffs, and jeans. She was also carrying a brown purse and a lunch bag.
