Search for attempted murder suspect in Sussex area continues

The Sussex RCMP are once again asking for the public's help in located a man wanted in connection with a stabbing in Plumweseep last month.

The Sussex RCMP are once again asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted in connection with a stabbing in Plumweseep last month.

Robin White, 49, is charged with attempted murder in the Feb. 27 incident.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on March 4.

"Since that time, a number of efforts have been made to locate him, without success," Sgt. Andy O'Connell stated in a release.

On Feb. 27, just before 8 a.m., Sussex RCMP received a 911 call from a woman who had suffered stab wounds during an altercation in a Plumweseep residence.

The woman was seriously injured and was rushed to the Saint John Regional Hospital.

White is described as Caucasian, about 5'11'' tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing glasses, a black coat, blue jeans and black boots.

He may be driving a 2009 grey Honda Ridgeline truck with New Brunswick licence plate CPM 926.
