Saint John and Rothesay police are investigating separate armed robberies in the communities on Tuesday.
Saint John police are investigating an armed robbery at a Greco Pizza restaurant in the city's north end.
The robbery happened at around 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday, at the pizza chain's location on the corner of Somerset and Magazine streets.
One man armed with a weapon left the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of money.
There were no injuries, according to the police.
Meanwhile, the Rothesay Regional Police are investigating an armed robbery at Cochran's Country Market on Tuesday.
At around 1:30 a.m., multiple suspects armed with weapons entered the store on Hampton Road.
Two employees were working in the store at the time but no one was injured in the robbery.
The group made away with an undisclosed amount of money.
