The Saint John Police Force is seeking the public's help in locating a man who went missing from the Saint John Regional Hospital's psychiatric unit over the weekend.
Steven Charless Parlee, 43, was last seen on Saturday at 12:25 p.m., say police.
He was reported missing from the 4D north unit at about 1:45 p.m., Sgt. Jay Henderson said in a release.
Parlee left behind his belongings, including his medication, said Henderson.
He does not have any cash with him and does not have access to a bank card or credit card, but has been known to panhandle in the past, he said.
Parlee is described as being Caucasian, between six-foot-one and six-foot-four, with a slim build, sandy shoulder-length straight hair, clean-shaven, fair complexion and blue eyes.
He may be wearing a beige ball cap, beige long-sleeved collared shirt and light coloured pants.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 506-648-3333 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
