No one was injured when an Arrow fuel truck loaded with propane flipped over on Highway 1 in the Musquash area on Monday morning.
The rollover occurred at about 9:30 a.m., just past Spruce Lake, west of Saint John, said Musquash Fire Department Cpt. Gilles Arseneault.
"The driver was out by the time we got here," he said.
"We verified that there was no product leaking, so everything is safe as far as that's concerned."
Traffic remained reduced to one lane in either direction into the afternoon.
Crews have to remove the propane before the truck can be towed and the site cleared, said Arseneault.
There is no word yet on what caused the accident.
RCMP and Saint John fire crews also responded to the scene.
