The Saint John Police arrested a second man in connection with an armed robbery at the Daly Convenience Store in the city's north end earlier this week.

Officers picked the man up Thursday around 8 p.m. on Clarendon Street.

His arrest was much less dramatic than Wednesday's incident, when a 28-year-old man was apprehended by police after jumping or falling off the Digby ferry.

The man was found wet, cold, but uninjured after the incident.

Both suspects remain in police custody.

A court appearance is expected on Friday.
