Murder-suicide confirmed in Moncton deaths
Codiac RCMP say individuals knew each other but will not release names or circumstances around their deaths
The Codiac RCMP confirmed that a murder-suicide took place at a Moncton home earlier this week.
The police were called to a home on Purdy Avenue after 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
The RCMP said in a statement that the two bodies found at the home were a 54-year-old Moncton man and a 40-year-old Petitcodiac woman.
The two were known to each other.
The names and how they died will not be made public, according to the police.
