Codiac Regional RCMP are seeking the public's help in identifying two suspects in a Halloween night stabbing, one of whom was dressed as the Joker from Batman.

Police were called to Robinson Street, near Wize Guys Pub, at about 2 a.m. on Nov. 1, Cpl. Chantal Farrah stated in a release.

Two men suffered non-life threatening stab wounds in an altercation with two other men and were treated in hospital, she said.

One suspect is described as being between six-foot-two and six-foot-four, with a heavy build and blondish spiked hair. He was wearing glasses, jeans and a light-coloured top.

The other suspect is described as being about five-foot-six, with a skinny build and short brown hair. He was wearing a Halloween costume and his face was painted as the fictional character the Joker from Batman, said Farrah.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP at 506-857-2400, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
