Bomb threat forces evacuation of Fredericton Indoor Pool
Police searched facility twice but found no evidence of explosives
Up to 100 people had their swim interrupted at the Fredericton Indoor Pool Saturday night.
Police said someone called in a bomb threat around 7:30 p.m.
Sgt. Charlie Cameron said there were plenty of children at the pool and they did their best to get outside as quickly as possible.
The building was searched twice but nothing was found.
The pool ended up closing for the night.
So far no arrests have been made but police said they are continuing their investigation.
