Four people are facing drug-related charges after police raided a marijuana grow-operation in the city's north end on Monday.

Members of the Saint John Police Force executed a search warrant at a residence on Wright Street at about 3:20 p.m., with members of the Rothesay Regional Police Force and RCMP, said Sgt. Jay Henderson stated in a release.

Two men, aged 58 and 26, and two women, aged 27 and 29, are facing charges of producing marijuana, he said.

One of the men is also facing a charge of producing hashish.

All of the accused have been released and are expected to appear in provincial court on April 9.
