Three more teenaged girls were sentenced Tuesday in the Reena Virk case. She's the 14-year-old who was found beaten to death near Victoria, B.C., last fall.

Two girls, aged 15 and 16, were sent to jail for six months for their part in an assault that preceded her death. They also were given an additional three months for a similar beating of another girl.

A third girl, who is 14, was given a 60-day conditional sentence.

Another three girls had earlier been sentenced for their part in the Virk case.

Two other teenagers, a boy, 15, and a girl, 16, are charged with second-degree murder.
