Woman seriously injured after car accident in Brossard

A young woman was seriously injured after she was hit by a car in Brossard on Montreal's South Shore.

A young woman was seriously injured after she was hit by a car in Brossard, on Montreal's South Shore.
Police say they received a call Friday at 3:45 p.m. about a collision between two vehicles on Auteuil Avenue, near Taschereau Boulevard.
One of the vehicles involved in the accident hit the woman, who was standing on the median.
She was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators met with the driver in his forties, who hit the woman.
Police are trying to find the driver of the other vehicle involved in the collision, who fled the scene.
