Arrest made in death of Sainte-Thérèse woman

Quebec provincial police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a 56-year-old woman last week in Sainte-Thérèse, north of Montreal.
The body of Martine Clément was found on Feb. 11, after neighbours looking through a window saw the woman lying on the floor of her apartment unit and contacted police.
Police said Clement had marks of violence on her upper body.
The suspect is expected to be charged with first-degree murder.
