Montreal man faces 64 fraud charges in N.S.

Wade Lance Day of Montreal is facing 64 fraud-related charges after he was caught allegedly using fake identification to open bank accounts, according to Halifax police.
The 54-year-old man has been charged with using forged documents, uttering forged documents, identity theft, identity theft to gain advantage and identity theft to cause disadvantage.
The police were first contacted by a bank on Oct. 22.
Day was arrested three days later and charged with 27 fraud-related charges. As the investigation continued police laid an additional 37 charges.
Day appeared in provincial court in Halifax court to face the additional charges on Monday. The matter was put over until December 4.
