A fire forced 75 people out of an apartment building in Montreal's Côte-des-Neiges borough Sunday night.
The fire started in an apartment in a four-storey building. The tenant, an 81-year-old woman, was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
All other residents were able to return home after firefighters put out the fire.
Damages are estimated to be worth $50,000.
