Quebec Premier Jean Charest spoke to reporters at the National Assembly Tuesday. He was there to unveil a new deal with the Grand Council of the Crees. He was also asked about the current political climate in Quebec.
He said it's ripe for some good debate, despite being somewhat volatile.
