Police have confirmed the arrest of Paul Magnan, a member of the Hells Angels who has been on the run for three years.
Magnan was arrested in the Outaouais region, west of Montreal. He will reportedly be charged with murder, gangsterism and drug trafficking.
Authorities have been canvassing the province for Magnan since Operation SharQc was put in operation in 2009. The operation's goal was to destabilize biker gang activity.
