Quebec man faces charges in violent death

A 45-year old man will face charges Tuesday at a court house in Joliette, Que., in connection with what police are calling a violent death.
Quebec provincial police say they were led the scene of a violent death in Saint-Lin-Laurentides on Monday. (CBC) Linda Loiselle, 48, was found dead in her home on Bernard Street in Saint-Lin-Laurentides on Monday.
Sgt. Benoit Richard, spokesman for the Quebec provincial police, said the 45-year-old man came to a local station and led police to the body.
"She was dead on the scene, very badly injured and it was a violent crime," Richard said.
Police say they also found a severely disabled 20-year-old man in the basement of the home.
He was taken to hospital and treated for dehydration.
