Air Canada has announced it will resume scheduled air service to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, starting next week.

The Caribbean country was devastated by an earthquake on Jan. 12.

Air Canada's weekly flights departing Montreal will resume on Tuesday, March 9.

On Feb. 16, American Airlines became the first commercial airline to announced it would resume regular flights to Haiti.
