Two Montreal Alouettes football players said Thursday they are considering filing a racism complaint against Montreal police in connection with an incident on Monday night.
Alain Kashama and Mark Estelle were pulled over for a traffic violation in the city's Little Burgundy neighbourhood. Kashama was driving a black SUV.

Police alleged a shoving match started when Kashama refused to identify himself or show his driver's licence. They also said his passenger, Estelle, shouted expletives at the officers who stopped them. They were both asked to go down to the police station.
They were later released, and it was decided Wednesday that there wasn't enough evidence to lay criminal charges.
But Kashama is still angry. He said a lot of people drive nice cars, and the police actions were racist.
Montreal police Sgt. Yan Lafrenière said Thursday his officers were not using racial profiling when they stopped the vehicle; they were stopping what they saw as potential criminals.
Lafrenière said the officers saw two people in a luxury vehicle with windows so darkly tinted they couldn't possibly have seen the colour of the occupants' skin.
He also says the vehicle had Illinois licence plates, all of which led the officers to believe a drug deal could have been in the works.
But the Alouettes players said they don't believe it. They're meeting with their lawyers Thursday to discuss filing a complaint against police.
Meanwhile, the team is trying to focus on a crucial CFL eastern-final game it will play on Sunday against the Toronto Argonauts.
