St-Laurent Blvd. fight puts 2 in hospital

Two men in their twenties are in hospital after a fight early this morning on St-Laurent Boulevard.

Fight occurred between four men near Prince-Arthur Street

Montreal police are investigating after a fight broke out on St-Laurent Boulevard around 3:10 a.m. (Radio-Canada)

Two men in their twenties are in hospital after a fight early this morning on St-Laurent Boulevard. 

André Leclerc of Montreal police says a fight broke out between four men at around 3:10 a.m. which led to two of them being hit on the head with sharp objects.

Two men have been taken in for questioning.

"Investigators are trying to figure out the link between the men," Leclerc said.

The two injured men were taken to hospital and are in stable condition.

St-Laurent was closed to traffic between Sherbrooke St. and Pine Ave while police investigated.
