A pack of Do Crew volunteers chipped away at a storage closet full of boxes in the basement of St. Willibrord Church on Monday morning, helping the parish set up for their annual fall fair.

They were busy sorting and lifting them out of hiding in preparation for this weekend's Fall Fair.

Items ranging from antiques to knitwear, clothing and gifts were brought down onto a couple dozen tables.

When that task was complete, the Do Crew continued full speed ahead to help set up the dining area, where Filipino food and home-baked goods will be enjoyed this Friday and Saturday.

This month's Do Crew surpassed the goals that were set.

Church volunteers said having the Do Crew in has saved them a couple of days' worth of work.

Congratulations and thanks to Rima, Johanne, Helene, Miranda and Daybreak's Mike Finnerty for bringing your warmth and energy. Stay tuned for November's Do Crew event.
