CAQ's proposed immigration policies are "illegal" and "not feasible": immigration lawyer

The CAQ's immigration policy plans to impose three conditions on immigrants: they need to pass a French test, prove they are looking for a job, and pass a test of so-called "Quebec values." If they're unable to do so within 3 years, their status in the province would be revoked... and the CAQ said it would be up to the feds to move them out of Quebec. Jean-Sebastien Boudreault is an immigration lawyer, he's also the president of the Quebec association of immigration lawyers.
