3. Friday night at Divan Orange, Canadian songstress Lily Frost takes the stage at 10 p.m., followed by Montreal's Brie Neilson and Her Other Men at 11 p.m.

4. Two shows to catch this weekend at Corona Theatre: British folk and soul singer Lianne La Havas on Friday at 9 p.m. Then, Mika brings his unique collection of pop songs on Saturday at 8 p.m.
