Montreal police are looking for three men after a shooting Monday morning in Pointe-Aux-Trembles.

Several shots were fired at a taxi while it was stopped at an intersection on Notre-Dame Street.

Montreal police Constable Daniel Fortier said the incident happened around 3 a.m. Monday.

He said the suspects were driving a black car at the time of the shooting.

"It seems that the passenger of the taxi had an argument with one of the three [men] that were in the car," said Fortier.

Police said the taxi window was shattered but no one was hurt.

The suspects fled the scene, travelling eastbound on Notre-Dame Street.

No one was injured in the shooting.
