Lanaudière hospital cancels surgeries due to computer glitch

Hospitals and CLSCs in the Lanaudière region cancelled a series of medical services Wednesday because of a computer problem.
Pierre-Le Gardeur Hospital cancelled all surgeries, as well as appointments for x-rays, CT scans and other imaging services.
The CLSC Meilleur and CLSC Lamater both suspended their blood tests and other testing services for the day, as well.
The CSSS in the southern Lanaudière region said it was working intensively to return operations to normal.
