Canadiens in the playoffs: Tokarski making believers
Habs' coach Michel Therrien says 24-year-old rookie netminder is 'a winner'
The Montreal Canadiens are right back in their best of seven Eastern Conference final with the New York Rangers.
And it's largely thanks to the play of the Habs' rookie goaltender Dustin Tokarski, who made 35 saves for his first playoff win on Thursday in Manhattan.
Many thought this series was over when Habs' starter Carey Price was injured in Game 1, but Tokarski is giving the doubters reason to think twice.
Habs' coach Michel Therrien said he went with Tokarski for Game 3 because he's a winner.
It's safe to say everyone from his teammates to the fans agree.
The CBC Montreal Sports team has you covered for the Montreal Canadiens' 2014 Stanley Cup playoff run. Andie Bennett and Doug Gelevan are with Habs from the first round all the way to the victory parade.
