Twenty people have been displaced by a bomb threat in an apartment block in the Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough.
It started at around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, when police carried out a raid in the building at 3095 Linton Avenue, near Hudson Street.
Police arrested two men — one adult and a minor.
During the raid, police discovered a homemade explosive device in the apartment and called in the bomb squad.
At 11:30 p.m., a security perimeter was still set up in the area.
