Benoît Daigle first to be buried after quadruple homicide
Daigle was killed along with girlfriend Nancy Samson and her daughters Béatrice and Médora Godin
The funeral of Benoît Daigle, one of the four victims of last weekend’s grisly quadruple homicide in Ste-Croix and St-Isidore, Que., was held Sunday morning in a Quebec City-area funeral home.
Seventy kilometres away in St-Isidore, sisters Béatrice Godin, 11, and Médora, 13, were also shot. Médora died on the scene and Béatrice died three days later in hospital.
They were found along with their father, 54-year-old Martin Godin, in his home. He is still in hospital in critical condition and is considered the primary suspect in the case by police.
The funerals of Nancy Samson and Béatrice and Médora Godin will be held Wednesday afternoon at a funeral home in St-Romuald, in Lévis.
