Woman charged in Arthur Haussermann death in Winnipeg
A 29-year-old woman is charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of Arthur Haussermann.
Clarissa Dawn Ponaceh is also charged with arson and several failures to comply with previous court orders.

Crews were called to 160 Hargrave St. on Saturday to investigate a fire just after 5:30 a.m. Haussermann was found injured inside a 14th-floor suite where the small fire was extinguished.
He was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died.
Ponaceh was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the area of Maryland Street and Broadway.
No further information is being provided at this time as the investigation is continuing, police said.
